Der Wilhelmshof Hotel Vienna

our recent stay at a comfortable small hotel outside the tourist area exceeded expectations. Newly renovated triple family room, clean, and cozy. Super friendly staff, beautiful garden, and great location with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants.

No complimentary milk sachets for coffee/tea.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, connected private entry, classy atmosphere, outstanding breakfast.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the lady at the front desk. She spoke English and made us feel right at home. The single rooms were compact but clean and functional, and despite being over 6 feet tall, I had no issues with the bed size. The courtyard room was quiet and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options for all dietary needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, with two metro stations nearby and a comfortable walk to the city center. The train station being close by was also convenient for our trip to the airport. our stay at Der Wilhelmshof was a wonderful surprise and I would definitely return when I'm next in Vienna.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, with a mattress that was too firm for my liking. There was also only one pillow provided, which was quite flat.
